Accommodation, Return to work

A person may need an accommodation to stay at work or return to work. But they do not know what they need or how to tell you.

We will help discover if a person needs a change to an essential job task or to their job environment due to a mental or physical disability.

Sometimes people need to be treated differently in order to be fair to them and help them do their work tasks better.  And since employers have a Duty to Accommodate, we will help the employer understand if a person has a disability which needs to be reasonably accommodated.

We will do this by asking proven questions to discover if a disability is preventing a person from doing their essential job duties.

Our process is simple:

  • Complete a questionnaire on a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

  • Our healthcare professional reviews the answers, and follows up with the person as needed.

  • We provide a report.
