Using a functional and biopsychosocial approach, we provide onsite and remote disability management services to deliver the continuum of care for employers and their employees. These services are available for any health condition regardless of causation.
Our disability management team understands the importance of workplace culture, job demands and identifying barriers along the continuum of recovery and return to work.
These disability managers are responsible for ensuring all members of the employee’s team (e.g., healthcare professionals, employers, employees and return to work facilitators) are collaborating to achieve patient-centered care, quality of services, and barrier identification. This process will ensure a safe, confident and efficient return to work/stay at work process is established. We are continuously adapting our models to integrate these practices into an effective standardized process to facilitate improved function, job fit and return to work.
